LEGAL EXPERIENCE:
My primary area of experience has been criminal defense
litigation, immigration law, military law, and juvenile
practice. I have made appearances at most levels of courts,
various administrative tribunals and private arbitrations.
I have worked on cases in the areas of personal injury;
divorce law; juvenile law; elder law; immigration law; civil
litigation, and wrongful dismissal. I have also handled a
variety of commercial matters including wills and estates,
and family trusts.
As a former Military Legal Officer I am well versed in the
law of courts-martial, Navy JAG investigations; administrative
discharge hearings as well as a host of other administrative
disciplinary measures used by the military as well as family
law as it relates to the military.
